Welcome to VSBX Global, the document analysis platform operated by VSBX Group Limited ("VSBX Group", "we", "us", "our") and made available at vsbxgroup.com and vsbxglobal.com (the "Platform"). By registering an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. 1. The Platform VSBX Global is a secure workspace for submitting documents, obtaining forensic analysis reports (including the BRIL report), and managing related account and payment features. Access requires an approved account, and we may approve or decline applications for access at our discretion. 2. Eligibility and access You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when applying for access. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, enabling multi-factor authentication where offered, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. 3. Your documents You retain ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a licence to store, process and analyse them for the purpose of providing the Platform and its reports. We protect your documents with encryption in transit and at rest, and we handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 4. Reports Reports generated by the Platform are analytical outputs produced from the information you provide and, where applicable, third-party data sources. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, investment or professional advice. Any decision you make based on a report is your own responsibility. 5. Payments Certain features are paid. Prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase, and payment is processed by third-party payment providers (for example, card networks, mobile money operators or bank transfer). Paid features are unlocked once your payment is settled. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request. 6. Acceptable use You must not misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not: upload unlawful or malicious content; attempt to bypass security controls or access other users' data; scrape, copy or resell the Platform or its reports; or use the Platform in a way that disrupts its operation or harms other users. 7. Intellectual property The Platform, its software, branding and report formats are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, and you keep all rights in the documents you upload. 8. Availability We aim to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict the Platform for maintenance, security reasons, or where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. 9. Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. 10. Suspension and termination You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required for security or legal reasons. 11. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. 12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them. 13.
